High Value Homes Coverage (HO3 / HO5 & DP3)

Our markets cover comprehensive coverage for high value net-worth homeowners located anywhere in the USA or the Caribbean with a maximum capacity of $25m.

Unit Owners Coverage (HO6)

Our markets offer insurance for the owners of condominium units nationwide witha  minimum coverage A of $10k. Rating favours larger newer units.

We aim to respond within 24 hours as our facility is written 100% with the largest writer of High Value Homeowners in the Lloyd’s market and, as such, we have a single access point with them. We also aim to issue full Certificate of Insurance within 7-10 days of binding, but always within a maximum of 30 days of binding.
